cathy and i have been churning out the knitting (of course not fast enough for me), so here's my finished poncho. i really like it, it's fluffarific and reversable (has a V in the back). i double stranded it with novelty and cotton yarns and used size 15 needles. i ripped it 5 times so it was 4 other things before it became this poncho. i'm very happy how it turned out. now i'm working on my no sweat pants. it's just not going fast enough for me. can anyone help me get one of those progress graphics with javascript so i can put up all my works in progress. thank you so much. that's my friend cathy in the pic. she and i are knitting obscessed.

i just finished my pippi kneestocking. i have one more to go. i'm so excited. it fits me perfectly, but that's probably because i knit them on two circulars and could try them on as i went. highly recommended. i started this sock as my second project ever (after a few scarves) and i feel sentimental about it because the top includes feelings of complete confusion and dismay and the toe shows my progress over the last 4 months or so of learning to knit. so i will always wear them with fondness. and hana likes them too. off to the second one.

it's going to have pink silk polkadot lining and maybe some pink tulle at the bottom where the eyelets go.

oh my gosh, can you stand the cuteness?
i didn't put the bow on her i swear! it was my husband, he likes to do funny things like that.
hana says, "happy easter all u internet people"
we don't really celebrate holidays silly. but what a cute bow.
what are you kids up to?
hubby says their eyes make them look like little aliens. i'm an eyes person. my kids (cats) have the prettiest eyes on earth.
